Dr. Andre P. Davis Jr. is the Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer of BridgePoint Consulting Group, where he leads initiatives focused on student success, leadership development, organizational engagement, and community impact.
With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, workforce development, student affairs, and leadership coaching, Dr. Davis is recognized for building innovative, student-centered systems that improve retention, engagement, persistence, and workforce readiness.
His leadership experience spans community colleges, TRIO programs, enrollment and student success operations, and organizational leadership, where he has successfully led cross-functional teams, developed coaching frameworks, expanded mentoring initiatives, and strengthened pathways for underserved populations. Dr. Davis is a 2024 NASPA Aspiring Vice Presidents Institute Fellow, recognized for his commitment to advancing executive leadership in student affairs.
A transformational and student-centered leader, Dr. Davis is passionate about helping organizations create cultures of belonging, accountability, and measurable impact that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and drive sustainable success.

Dr. Angela D. Davis is the Co-Founder and Chief Transformation Officer of BridgePoint Consulting Group, where she leads executive strategy, organizational transformation, workforce innovation, and leadership development initiatives.
A nationally recognized higher education and workforce leader with more than 25 years of executive experience, Dr. Davis has served in senior leadership roles across community colleges, workforce systems, and corporate banking. A 2024 Aspen Institute Rising Presidential Fellow and 2022 Lakin Institute for Mentored Leadership Fellow, she is recognized for helping organizations align strategy, leadership, operations, and culture to drive measurable outcomes and sustainable transformation.
Throughout her career, Dr. Davis has led large-scale institutional change initiatives focused on student success, fiscal sustainability, leadership development, workforce alignment, and organizational effectiveness while coaching and developing executive leaders across the country.
